Who are these experiences for?+
The Great Bangladeshi Experience is arranged for international visitors to Bangladesh. You confirm your nationality when you create an account.
How does booking work?+
Browse experiences and add the ones you want to your cart, then submit a request and book a short planning meeting. After the meeting we send a custom price for your trip. You accept and pay within your window to confirm, and then you travel.
Why don't I see a fixed price?+
Each trip is arranged around what you want, so the price is set after a short planning meeting rather than sold as a fixed package. You never pay until you have accepted a price.
What is the planning meeting?+
A short online meeting where we talk through your trip and shape it around your dates, your group and your interests. You book a time from your dashboard once you have sent your request.
Can I change the dates of my experiences?+
Yes. You can reschedule the date of each experience at any time before you pay.
How do I pay, and is it secure?+
Once you accept your price you pay online by card. Payments are handled by Stripe.
What happens after I pay?+
Your booking is confirmed. After your trip you can leave a review of each experience and of the trip overall from your dashboard.
How do I reschedule or cancel my planning meeting?+
Use the link in your meeting confirmation email to reschedule or cancel the meeting. You can also cancel a booking from your dashboard before you pay.
What is your refund policy?+
